Regional Anaesthesia
The Regional Anaesthesia Advanced Training Module was initiated in Oxford in 2001 and is gaining in popularity. The supervisor is DrSvetlana Rutter and informal enquiries are welcome. Successful candidates are encouraged to discuss their individual training programmes at least 6 weeks before the start of training to allow for rota to be adjusted according to their teaching objectives.Apart from acquiring and consolidating a wide range of clinical skills during the Advanced Training Module, Regional Anaesthesia trainees are encouraged to initiate/participate in ongoing audit and research projects leading to presentations at local, national and international meetings and publications.
